Ecru is a Korean female ready-to-wear clothing brand aiming for minimal, high quality but challenging the rule. Yanqing Road store is the 4th store of Ecru in Shanghai. Yanqing road is in the heart of the old shanghai neighborhood. The district is the center of trendy restaurants, cafés, and stores. The façade has to be strong enough to attract the young generations who are hyper up to date on the fashion. Also, the façade design has to address the brand identity.
Hwajung proposed the vivid bright color plaster with a rough texture to pop out from the grey color street. And the filleted corner is to create the softness and comfortableness aligned with the brand identity.
